This smoothie uses cottage cheese in addition to milk, for a creamier, higher protein, smoothie.

1/2cuplow salt, low fat cottage cheese
1cupfresh or frozen strawberriescan sub a banana or 1/2 cup of another berry or sliced mango
Add all ingredients, in order, to blender or Nutribullet container. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
You can use any fruit you like in place of the blueberries, but berries (strawberries, raspberries) or banana pair best with the cottage cheese. You can also use 1/2 banana with 1/2 cup of strawberries. I use a Nutribullet, but any good blender will work.
