Simple Pear Crisp
You can also use sliced apples or peaches in this recipe, or you can combine apples and pears.

Ingredients

cups
sliced pears (peeled, about 6-8 pears)
you can also use peeled apples or peaches, or a combination. I use a hand cranked peeler which saves time.

ground cinnamon

tsp
ground ginger

lemon juice
1/4
cup
brown sugar, packed
1/2
cup
oats
1/4
cup
all-purpose flour

vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x11 oven-proof baking dish with vegetable spray.
Combine peeled pears, sugar, spices, lemon juice and toss. Place into the prepared dish.
Mix oats, brown sugar, flour and oil until combined.
Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over pears.
Bake for 30 minutes until topping is lightly browned.
Enjoy warm, or at room temperature.
