Ingredients
3/4 cupLow-fat Greek yogurt
1/2cupsliced mango
1/2cup blueberries
1/4cupflax seed granola
1tsphoney
Instructions
Spoon yogurt into bowl.
Top with fruit. Add granola.
Drizzle with honey and enjoy.
Notes
You can use any type of fresh, canned or frozen fruit - raspberries, sliced bananas, strawberries or canned peaches - all work well. Look for a granola with mixed seeds (flax, chia or pepitas).
