DASH Diet Greek Yogurt Bowl

Enjoy this for a quick, nutritious breakfast or a mid-day snack. It packs in 17 grams of protein as well as potassium and vitamins C and A.


  • 3/4 cup Low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sliced mango
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup flax seed granola
  • 1 tsp honey


  • Spoon yogurt into bowl.
  • Top with fruit. Add granola.
  • Drizzle with honey and enjoy.


You can use any type of fresh, canned or frozen fruit - raspberries, sliced bananas, strawberries or canned peaches - all work well. 
Look for a granola with mixed seeds (flax, chia or pepitas).
