Ingredients
5-6ripe strawberries
5.3ouncecontainer of Dannon® Triple Zero Salted Caramel Yogurt
1teaspoonground turmeric
1/4teaspoonground cinnamon
2-3ice cubes
3TB water
Instructions
Whirl all ingredients in a blender or juicer until completely smooth. Makes one 160 calorie serving (with 15 grams protein).
