This delicious dessert can be modified depending on what berries you have on hand and what you like. You can also mix berries with sliced pears or apples.

Ingredients
1pintblackberrieswashed
1pintraspberrieswashed
1pintblueberrieswashed
1quartstrawberrieswashed, sliced
1/4cupSplenda® Brown Sugar blend(or use 1/2 cup regular brown sugar)
1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
1/4 cupwalnutschopped
1/2cupoats
3/4tspnutmeg
3/4tspcinnamon
1/2cupsoft margarine(do not use Light)
Lowfat frozen vanilla yogurt or ice cream(optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with vegetable spray.
Mix all of the berries together gently. Spread into the bottom of a 13x9 inch glass baking pan.
In a small bow, combine the Splenda®, flour, walnuts, oats, and spices. Add the margarine and blend together with your fingertips until small clumps form. Sprinkle over the top of fruit.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until topping is lightly browned and the fruit it bubbly. Cool for 10 minutes.
Serve with a small scoop of frozen yogurt or ice cream if desired.
You can also make individual desserts. Spray 8-10 small ramekins with cooking spray. Add fruit, and top each with crumb mixture. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
