High Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Whip this up when there's no time to spare or when someone doesn't have a big enough appetite and needs some quick nutrition. Technically it's not a "peanut butter" smoothie, but rather a peanut powder smoothie - but the banana and chocolate add sweetness, and give you that delicious combination that so many of us love.

Ingredients
3TBPeanut protein powder
1mediumbananacould be overripe or frozen, then skip ice cubes
2-3ice cubes
8 ounces1% milkany fat content you like - if more calories are needed, use whole milk
1TBchocolate syrup
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender or Nutribullet®
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
