Ingredients
1pintgrape tomatoes
1 cupmini mozzarella balls, marinated
16smallbasil leaves
1tbspbalsamic glaze
Instructions
Wash tomatoes and drain.
Using cocktail toothpicks, skewer a tomato, basil leave, mozzarella ball, and another tomato onto the pick.
Arrange on a platter. If you used plain mozzarella, drizzle 2 teaspoons of olive oil evenly over platter.
