As you consider dietary or fitness goals for 2020:
Well, if you’ve turned on the television, you’ve seen the weight loss commercials already. I don’t know about you, but I’m still enjoying some special foods from the holidays and celebrating my friends and family for a few more days.
We took a nice long walk yesterday, and are having a few lighter meals, but we’re not “going on a diet” today. The whole idea of being healthy is about balance and coming to terms with your eating habits. It’s about being aware, but not obsessed or guilty over your food and beverage choices.
Go ahead and make a fresh salad, and skip the cocktails today, but don’t diet.
Skip the hype. Stick to the facts, Be kind to yourself, and others.
