Most people know what they should eat, they know what a 'healthy diet' should be; but they are not able to follow through with proper food choices or behaviors. This is where the expert comes in. Rosanne isn't just a nutritionist, she has nearly twenty-five years of experience in nutrition science and counseling, and the abiltiy to connect and relate to people. Rosanne enjoys food, and faces the same struggles as many others in maintaining a healthy weight herself, and she uses many of the same strategies that she shares with her clients.
Her philosophy about well-balanced nutrition incorporates the concepts of variety and moderation with the viewpoint that eating should be a social and enjoyable activity. She enjoys helping people come to terms with food and their bodies. She wants individuals to be happy in their own skin, while setting goals to eat and exercise for better health, not just for a better appearance.
Her practice has been built on this core philosophy, and she has a style that people can relate to. Small changes will result in better health and fitness over time, and Rosanne can help you find your way.
Rosanne works to help individuals, as well as organizations, develop solutions to poor eating habits. She also communicates nutrition science to consumers, based on fact, not hype, helping them weed through the plethora of nutrition misinformation on the web.
